Q:The device keeps connecting and disconnecting?
A:1. Is the distance between the device and the phone too far? Bluetooth connection will weaken beyond 7 meters.
2. Check if there are any obstructions between the device and the phone. People, metal jewelry, etc., can interfere with the Bluetooth connection.
3. Check if the device has sufficient battery power; low battery power will affect its use.
4. Check if the phone's Bluetooth function is malfunctioning. We recommend closing the app and restarting Bluetooth.
5. Exiting the app will cause the connection to be lost. For Android systems, it is recommended to enable background running permissions, and for iOS systems, it is recommended to keep it running in the background.
6. If it is an iPhone, check if too many Bluetooth devices are paired with the phone. Please ignore some devices in the system Bluetooth settings.7. If the above steps do not resolve the issue, please restart Bluetooth or your phone.
